Jack M. Lynch, CCIM
John "Jack" M. Lynch, CCIM is currently acting as the Managing Partner of Lighthouse Real Estate Partners, LLC (dba Lighthouse Partners). His duties include the leasing, management and government relations of a seven building, 106,000 sf mixed-use project in downtown Torrington, CT. Jack is the broker/owner of Lynch Real Estate, LLC with offices in Trumbull and Torrington, CT. Jack is a licensed CT & NY real estate Broker. He has brokered transactions worth over $50 million involving single and multi-family homes, retail centers, land lots and apartment buildings. Jack is the Secretary of Case Acquisition; an investment company in Southeastern CT. Jack is a Past President and is currently serving as a Board Member for the 2009 CT CCIM Chapter. Jack was a Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group from 2003-2007. He handled business development, leasing and sales for offices in Bethel and Waterbury, CT as well as White Plains, NY. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group, Jack worked at bkm Total Office in Milford, CT for eight years. He managed new business as well as led teams on corporate interiors projects that included furniture, move services, floor covering, technology and construction services. Jack booked over $15 million dollars worth of business with Fortune 500 clients. Jack lives in Trumbull with his wife Nell-Ayn and their four children.
Joseph F. Orefice
Joseph F. Orefice, III is currently employed as the Managing Director at a New York City small balance commercial lender, Greystone MultiUnit. As the leader of this company, Joe is in charge of originating, underwriting and servicing a continuing portfolio of small balance commercial loans including multifamily, mixed-use and commercial assets. Previously employed with Cheslock, Bakker & Associates, he worked on various transactions. Notable operating company transactions included the founding of CBA Commercial, LLC a small balance commercial loan originator and securitizer, the recapitalization of Allright Parking, the financing Crown American Hotels and the recapitalization of UHaul Self Storage Facilities. Joe also completed various real estate transactions including; In the Pines, a $9MM apartment complex in Augusta, Georgia, 108 North, a $16MM apartment development in Bellevue, Washington and a $4MM renovation of the Laurel Mall in Laurel Maryland. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association and holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses. Prior to Cheslock, Bakker and Associates, Inc. Joe worked for five years with the Travelers Insurance Company in their real estate group.
Paula Garvey-Marunas
Paula Garvey-Marunas has been in the real estate industry for the last several years working behind the scenes in various degrees of the business. She is the Tenant Relations Coordinator for Lighthouse Real Estate Partners where she manages all correspondence, payments and leasing for 100 plus residential and commercial tenants. She also is Accounts Payable Specialist and handles all vendor billing and numerous accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Previously, at Coldwell Banker, she became the BPO coordinator, managing a project of 50 to 100 Broker Opinion of Value assignments on a monthly basis for a corporate client. She also worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist tracking payables and receivables and handled monthly reporting of insurance data of thirty employees. Paula's financial background started at Hansberger Global Investors in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she held a position as a European Equity Trader for seven years. While there she was responsible for European, Scandinavian and Eastern European market trades for thirty Global and International portfolios totaling $3 billion in assets. Paula has a Bachelor's Degree from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. She resides in Woodbury, with her husband Todd and their two children.
