Lighthouse Real Estate Partners, LLC (dba Lighthouse Partners) is an entity created by John “Jack” M. Lynch, CCIM and Joseph F. Orefice, III as a real estate investment and services company. Its investment focus is to acquire, reposition and/or develop opportunistic real estate.

The company’s real estate services include: property management, leasing and retail brokerage through its affiliate Lynch Real Estate, LLC. Its principals have over 30 years of combined real estate experience.

In November 2001, Lighthouse Partners, as sponsor, acquired 1160 and 1180 Stratford Avenue, Stratford, CT. This is a two building, 27-unit apartment complex. Lighthouse has completed over $200,000 in renovations and capital improvements and has increased the NOI over 100%. This project is currently owned by several of the original investors.

In September 2002, Lighthouse Partners, as sponsor, acquired 5 mixed-use properties on lower East Main Street, Bridgeport, CT consisting of 18 apartments, 9 retail units and 7 garages. These properties were located one block north of the proposed $1 billion Steel Point Project. This project was sold in 2004.

In August 2004, Lighthouse Partners, as sponsor, purchased a seven building 106,000 sf mixed-use portfolio in Downtown Torrington, CT consisting of a total of 102 apartment, retail and office units. This project is located in downtown historical buildings in the central area of a $30 million State redevelopment project.
